Connecgt new alpine 5 x 7 to old speaker connector

I have some new 5 x 7's for my front doors and the stock connector definetly isnt for the alpine speaker connectors..i have included a pic of the stock connector as well as the speaker connections will i need to sauter or buy a connector? how do i tell the positive wire etc.... thks im new here and this site is mucho helpful!!!! Also fighting the surge dragon as well more on that l8r lol.....

Radio Ground black - (radio harness)
Radio Ignition black/pink + (radio harness)
Radio Illumination lt. blue/red (dimmer) + (radio harness)
Factory Amp Turn-on dk. blue + (radio harness)
Power Antenna orange/lt. blue + (radio harness)
LF Speaker + org/lt. grn - lt. blue/wht ( radio harness or amplifier)
RF Speaker + wht/lt. grn - green/orange (radio harness or amplifier)
LR Speaker + gray/lt. blue - tan/yellow (radio harness or amplifier)
RR Speaker + orange/red - brown/pink (radio harness or amplifier)

connectors different for speakers

thx for help so far how do i connect these 2 different connectors? u can see the two pictures and the speakers have the little plates. i think i know the kind of connectors to attach them but do i need to sauter them or use connectors...also which wire do i connect to each prong on the speaker?

use "T taps" so you dont have to cut the factory wire and just put the + from the factory wire to the + of the new speaker and you can solder or use a female connector and same for the -
