I just got done with my engine, i love the power this thing is making, yet I am inclined to do more... (isn't everyone?) Anyways, I was considering taking out a loan to get the car supercharged, and to put a t-56 in. Do you guys think this is stupid, or have any of you done it. I could just save up for a few months and then do it, but i want it asap.. Tell me your opinions on this, and what you guys have done to maybe cut costs, and get things done a little cheaper, besides doing it yourself. (I do all my own work) I know this probably belongs in talk, but i figured id get no responses. Thanks guys!

Totally agree with wytstang, while we all love our Mustangs, recognize that it is a hobby (if a rather obsessive one :D ), and like all hobbies, it's not worth getting into debt over.

Pay as you go is the way to go... and besides, anticipation of what's coming is half the fun.

i dont think you should take out a loan for parts...its just not a smart idea.....if you were ordering through SUmmit and knew you could pay it back in a year id say get their credit card cuz it offers no intrest on puchases over $500(i think) for a year

thanks guys, yeah, i can pay it back pretty quick, so being in debt for a long period of time is out of the question. i might go with the summit card. appreciate it guys
