Well i ordered my new rims a couple weeks ago. Very happy, searched around a lot and ordered them from Wheelsnext.com. After a speedy delivery and install(which i thought was good at first) i get my wheels. I go to bolt them on and waddya know, wrong bolt pattern on the last one.
No big deal right? I'll just call them up, send it back get the right one. Well, after about a 20 minute wait with customer service i finally get in touch with a living breathing human being. He explains to me that they will have to get with fedex and do some RMA thing and i will send the wheel back by fedex free of charge to me. Great, sounds good. I do this in the AM and i get home from work and no email from fedex. Ok, so after another 20 minute wait with customer service i finally get a living breathing human being. He reads through my file and it says incorrect center caps, and not incorrect rim like it was supposed to. The guy tells me he changed the file and i will be recieving an email from fedex shortly in which i do. GREAT!
I get the wheels back to them and i track the order online. They received it and i proceeded to wait. And i gave them a day because lets face it, its not everyday you get a big package returned to you and not see it, right? WRONG. Took 2 guys to find this rim. But this is when the customer service started to look up because i got in contact with one guy named Will i believe who was great. Called me back and the sort and gave me the tracking number for the wheel thats coming to me.
Fast forward, i get the wheel today. I'm excited, put it on and me and the GF go out for a drive. I get to 55MPH and it feels like the whole ass-end of my car is about to fall off. We take a quick detour to Tire Pros. Come to find out the wheel they sent is 3oz out of balance, and the other rear wheel was 1 oz out of balance. So $40.00, and 45 minutes later i finally got what i paid for from these guys.
Take my experience with what you will, but just giving whoever a heads up about these guys. And i did a search on the internet, im not the only one who has had trouble. Wish i would have did a google search with "wheels next" and "customer service" to begin with.
