converter vs street radials

UPS man dropped of the cooler today. It's an 8-pass TCI cooler (10x15 1/2x3/4).

Anyone know which is more effective: tube or plate design?

I've always read that the stacked PLATE style is the most efficient.

dav, I started to wonder because most of the coolers I'm seeing (practically all of the b&m's) are plate design. I'm considering an exchange for a b&m supercooler. Probably the same one willy mentioned.

willy, I'm sure the first words out of my mouth will be, "now this is what a 5.0 is supposed to feel like!" I wish I had given the stall more consideration from the beginning but I admit I didn't quite understand. I expected too much out of the gear and had the wrong idea about how things work. The stock converter does not care. lol

I didnt know much about them either,but I knew I needed it!! Its like when your 12 and you start j@rking off everyday,you dont know why your doing it,but it needs to get done!!
