Convertible Motor Mounts Eplain them to me???

I understand that there lower than the coupe mounts, but is it to just lower the engine or is the convertible k-member higher than the coupe k-member??? will convertible motor mounts on my convertible 94gt cause any issues with bbk longtube headers??

If there really is a difference in motor mounts, it probably has to do with the x-brace. I have BBK long tubes and had to ditch my x brace.
