yeah, it was a 94-98. look at the hood. there is no fake air scoop. aned the end, you can see the v6 rims and i dont care who that was, that was some dang good driving!

I was surprised at how this guy handled the cops push from the side. Ussualy getaway drivers never can handle the first push but then they were no Mustangs!

cruisers as far as I know have a DOHC V8, called the interceptor, similar to the motor in the lincoln LS-V8, theyre quick, but that was def a 94-95 V6. Great Driver. and no, the LS-1 is a 5.7 liter.

What kind of horses and torque do they have ?
I know they have the good suspension and brakes.

It's nice to know if you can outrun a copcar. I know here in Amsterdam I can outrun a copcar Volvo T5. THe problem is they're in bigger numbers.

Has there ever been a test where copcars are put against regular streetable cars ? Like on a cicuit or so ??

im not sure what tq and hp they have, but a buddy, who is a cop, me and him raced, and i beat him, in a stock 95 gt. so they cant be all that great. then again, a fullyu loaded police cruiser is weighed down

well my uncle is a cop and a gear head so here's the skinny:

The Crown Vic Police Interceptor has 235 hp at 4700 and 275tq at 4000 OHC engine. Its comes stock with special shocks, sway bars, cooling system, aluminum d/s, alternator, and 3.27s out back. The trunk is also extended to fit a larger gas tank and hold police accessories.

As far as I know there is no chip in them.
