My 98 gt mustang with the 4.6 sohc with 55k miles I noticed that I had some anti-freeze pooled below the intake manifold, I looked around it and I see that were the coolant goes across the intake manifold behind the alternator. Now i am looking for an all aluminum intake manifold, is there any avaible with out a lot of major modfications to the car. Other wise I am just going to purchase the one with the aluminum coolant plumbing.

The Bullet intake is cast aluminum, but that would be rather expensive. If you are in need of a better intake, go for the PI intake with the aluminum crossover and get the Livernois adapter plates.

Edit: Fox Lake Power Products also has the P51 intake. But the Bullet and the P51 are for the PI heads, so you would have to get the Livernois kit for them aswell, or do the RTV sealent mod.

If you don't want to try the PI intake mod, you can get a NON-PI intake from SHM with the aluminum cross over. Here is a link to the site, it has a few other options there as well.
