Coolant needle not reading

Hope you guys help me out here. I have a 98gt with 92k and my coolant guage isnt working. Yesterday i replaced a temp sensor thinking that my coolant light would go off. I have no leaks and coolant reservoir is full. I even took my guage console out to see if maybe one of the 2 wiring harnesses was loose, they wasnt but i tried reconnecting them anyways, also checked the harnesses for both temp sensors, and the one in the reservoir, they seem fine. Also i dont think that the other temp sensor is bad because i unplugged both and the light never went off, so the problem there is in the reservoir but Any ideas would be of help and i appreciate it

I have somewhat of the same problem but mine sometimes reads all the way on H and then moves back and forth. I know the cars not overheating but I don't know whats going on.

I really need to get it checked out. LOL
