thus far, it is only in development, but the idea is pretty simple. I have the fog loghts, brackets and brace removed from my 90 gt (should work on an lx too). The idea is to use that fog light hole and the air going through and under it for brake cooling. The idea is to just cut the wheel well in the front or run some sort of ducting or louvers to make it work better or have less dirt flying around. Nicely enough, with the car moving forward, the tires are spinning clockwise, so if you cut at the lowest point (car held up by frame) of the top of the tires, no dirt can go up into a cold air setup or the apron, causing rust. I may try this with some beat up wheel wells i have lying around to test for negative effects. technical opinions welcome.
