Cooling issues.UGH!!!!!

Well guy's im almost about to block the wastegate off, hit 20lbs and blow this damn thing up:mad: !!!!Well car had almost all water in it and a MR.Gasket 180 stat in and the thing started to over heat sitting at a long light.Well today i put in 70% prestone,30% water, new upper and lower hoses,new 180 stat,had the heat on FULL BLAST and burped the system.STILL OVERHEATING!?:nonono: I noticed that my fan isnt coming on, i checked the fuses and they're fine.I dont know if the coolant temp sensor on the lower intake manifold is bad or if my fan is shot.My water pump hasnt been replaced, but it isnt making any noise!?SO thats where im stuck.What should I do next? how could i hardwire my fan to stay on CONSTANT? and also i tried jumping the coolant temp sensor by looping a wire from one whole to other and it didnt turn on my fan. Please guys help me out, this is my daily driver(twin turbo daily, i know im a DUMBA**!)So i need to get her going!Thanks Stangers

Ok, a few things come to mind:

FIrst off, water rejects heat 2.6 times more efficiently than E/G coolant. I think you meant to reverse the stoichiometry (and run 70% distilled water and 30% coolant).

The ECT is a thermisitor - you dont jump it.

If you supply pin 14 of the CCRM with fused 12 volts, the low speed fan comes on. If you supply pin 17 of the CCRM with ground, high speed comes on. Dont do both simultaneously.

Naturally, low speed comes on at about 208*F and high comes on at 228*F or with Max AC. I would set up a manual fan switch for master control.

You can ohm out the ECT to see if it's in calibration.

And I'd pressure test the cooling system and cap to make sure you're holding pressure. A 16 PSI system raises the effective boiling point ~48*F. When you consider the boiling point of even a 50/50 mix of water and EG coolant, that's right in the sweet spot.
