I got to thinking last week. I am going to build a 331 stroker for the 66 anyhow. Why build a 10:1 engine that is going to require 93 octane, when for very little more, I can get off the shelf dome pistons and build a 12.5-13:1 engine specifically to run on e85. E85 is 106-110 octane. Is it feasible? Has it been tried before? I can find very little information on the web about building an optimized for e85 engine. All slams welcome!!
