Correct Fuel Pump for a 97 GT?

This high-flow, fuel tank mounted fuel pump eliminates top-end fuel starvation on modified 5.0L EFI HO engines. Production flow rates of 88 liters/hr. (1988-93, 1994 & up 110 liters/hr.)


Just wondering. Its saying its a good pump for modded 5.0 which struggle due to fuel starvation in higher rpm ranges correct? Than again it would work for a 4.6 right?

Dont meant to sound dumb Just dont want to waste money on the wrong thing.
