Cost of Rebuild?

I have a 2006 Mustang GT and was looking at blowers to put it on. Being that it only have 4000 miles on it, I don't want to slap the blower on and then throw a rod. What would it cost to have the engine rebuilt? I know the kits for the rods, crank and pistons go for about 2K to 2.5K, but what would the labor cost?

By blower, you mean supercharger? If so, you should be good on the stock block up to 450hp or so. (from what I've read here)
