Hey all,
My wife's car needed new tires and so I've been shopping around. Got an email from Costco that saved us 70 bucks on price and 60 bucks on installation which ended up being 301.96 for four new tires including installation and 5yr warranty, :nice:
I took that info to Firestone and they matched the price, installation and warranty. that's if you don't live near a Costco store that has the Auto service center. So saved quite a bit. Firestone's normal price for the tires we needed was $108, Costco's normal price was $107. Drove it home and these Bridgestone's are a lot more quiet and handling is great as well for what you're buying. First time I've got that brand of tire. Potenza 205/55R X 16. Speed rating for that one is H. She just has a small crossover type car. I would have purchased a less pricier tire if I hadn't ran across that sale. Tread design is all-season and has a very good cut to it. You can see how well the water is channeled out. They have a V speed rated version as well is what I read. There's a link below if you want to see what the tire looks like and read about it's specs.
