Hi, a friend of mine is looking to buy a 97 GT Convertible, wanted to see if someone could be so kind to run a CarFax for her. I am going to look at the car right now. Please don't buy a CarFax for it, but this is for anyone who may have an account at the time. Any and all help is appreciated!

About 5 years ago, carfax caught on to people doing this and you now have to pay for each one.

Makes sense...I haven't used CarFax since mine expired in '06 (when I was the one running them for everyone here on StangNet).

She ended up buying the car. I lent her $300 to do so...well, I am creating a thread about how the purchase went down.

People screwing up like this messed it up for everyone else. it was 40 bucks for an unlimited amount now you have to pay for each single one.
