Could This Be Painted?

Does this rear bumper look to be a different paint shade? or is it just paint looks different on plastic than metal or maybe just the pic? Car has 11k on the ticker.

Welcome! You're looking at the best color for a Mustang right there!

You're correct: this is a known issue (it's an issue if the difference is really obvious). My little garage queen lives a sheltered life so the paint on the bumpers still looks very close to the fenders. But I have seen other white Mustangs rolling around and the bumper-fender color difference is not very noticeable. For the Mustang in the picture, I would see if a light buffing (by you, your detailer, your bodyshop) would bring back the bumper color some. That Mustang looks mighty clean!
