Wow old thread. By now there must be tons of tuned 5.0s running around and I don't recall seeing any more posts about it here on on other Mustang boards.In fact I had pretty much forgotten about it until you liked my old post. I'm sure it is still occurring form time to time but if it was widespread it would be all over the internet. I guess the tuners have figured out how to work around it.
By the way, unless your engine is bored out its 4.9 liters.
