Coyote running rich?

My 2013 GT with 110,000 miles on it has developed an erratic idle issue, and gas mileage taking a hit. Otherwise runs great with the mods I've made. Seemingly running rich? An injector issue?

Did you check for any codes yet or do you have any way of monitoring the OBD-II PID's? Typically if a coyote is running rich, it'll throw a code. Those WB sensors do their job.
