The actual PCV hose from the 'T' to the PCV valve can be found here.....
https://lmr.com/item/LRS-6664A/1986-95-Mustang-50L-Pcv-Valve-To-Upper-Intake-Hose

The second half of the hose, from the 'T' to the fitting on the bottom of the manifold, may be harder to find. This looks like it may work, though.........

Or just go to your local parts store and buy hose for WAY less ...

I’d be concerned with the bend going into bottom of the manifold. Just a regular length of hose will definitely kink after a while at that point.

You could put a short hose with a 90 elbow then the straight hose so you won't have Kinks.

Just need a longer sweep of the hose(still contained under the plenum.) and it won't kink

Cozy up to a parts counter person at your local auto parts and find a hose with one end at 90* and enough length to reach the nipple at the plenum.

You just need one of these on a new regular hose. Keeps it from kicking.

Is that emissions/fuel line, or standard vac hose?

The latter won't stand up to the oil that will be drawn through the system.

Thanks to everyone who replied, I ended up using fuel line for the pcv valve connection and I’m just gonna end up running the other hose

I’m swapping the 5.0 over to a 5.8 EFI, just wanted to get this baby to pass smog before doing so
