Cracking under heavier load

I've noticed this for a while and it's starting to bother me so I thought I'd put a post in for opinions/suggestions. Whenever I gas it hard in 3rd, 4th of 5th w/ or w/o ac on, I hear a rattling sound. Sometimes it lasts just a second, some others it goes on for a little longer and goes away. It's a rattling sound and I'm scared it might be pinging. It sounds like if someone were to take a bolt, put it in a tin cup, and shake it around real fast. It may just be me but it also feels like I lose power when it does this. I put 93 octane in my car (I have a 91 octane tune on the sct). Any ideas or suggestions as to what it may be and how I can fix or ignore it?

Pinging. I just developed the problem too.

Too much throttle under load is what does it for me. I was racing a buddy of mine today, I was in 4th under WOT at like 35-3600 RPM and it started pinging.

Put some 93 oct. in it after that... imagine its COP time. MAF was just cleaned, new plugs, new fuel filter, cleaned IAC valve...

Well, usually chevron, exxon, or shell always 93 octane. The tune is rated at 91 I thought maybe that was causing it to ping if the car is not liking some of the settings...I might try to lose the tune and see how that works and then change some of the parameters, but I haven't messed with it besides going from stock to preset tune and checking engine codes.

*the car has 31k miles, I cleaned the MAF maybe 4 months ago, and I always put in 93 octane

 I seafoamed not too long ago, maybe 6 or 7 months. I cleaned my maf and bought some octane booster/cleaner at walmart...It was still pinging even though it's night and cooler but only when I slammed the gas pedal and for a split second. :nonono:
