I have a set of GT40 heads off of an Explorer that I want to install on my 95gts. The heads will be installed with a Steeda19 and the explorer intake or aftermarket intake if the cash allows it. The problem I have is I want to get a valve job done on the heads and new springs installed at the same time. I have been calling Steeda for the past three weeks and they have been out of their spring kit. I was wondering if CraneCams #44308-1 kit would work with these heads and the 19 cam? If the answer is yes would I have to use special valve seals and do any South Florida members have any machine shop reccomendations? I live in Saint Lucie county. :flag: Happy Veterans Day

Get a hold of Thumper...he's in Jax...he can help you out with the spring kit or maybe even the seal and such...
I run that cam with his heads....longer PRs will be needed...

I ran Crane springs on many combos when I was a kid and they always did a great job.

Before I went to my sig combo, I had a set of E7's I got from a guy for a few bucks that had a set of Crane springs on em.

After I self ported them, I had my valve guy check out the springs and he said they were fine for what I was goning to do.

They were fine to 6K plus.

Sorry, I never knew the part number of those springs.

Just have your guy check them out!
