Crank no start 1992 Mustang GT - ECU Repaired

So the car sat for about a year and ran perfectly fine when I parked it. Finally got back around to working on it and when I went to start it it wouldn’t start. I replaced the battery, battery cables, ignition coil, distributor cap, rotor, and the TFI module. It has 36-39 psi fuel pressure at the schrader valve, it has spark, I can hear the fuel pump running when I turn key on, and there was no light or pulse when tested with noid light. I’m stuck and don’t know where to check next.

Tank was emptied before it sat. A fresh 5 gallons was put in the tank a week ago.
Ok good. See post 3

Scratch that...check this one instead for a cranks ok no start

From the new parts, your diagnostic test of the injector pulse, or lack there of, we do need to know if the fuel pump primes, turn key on pump should run for a couple seconds the stop, also see if the computer will spit out codes,

I figured out that the ECU went bad. When I turned the key to the on position I could hear the fuel pump continuously priming every time I turned the key. Shipped it out to ECU Exchange and they repaired it for me. They told me that the power supply wasn’t creating enough voltage and the capacitors had leaked. The car fired right up after they sent it back to me.
