Custom Tune

Im getting 4.10s installed in my auto next week and need a tune to fix my shift points. I dont have the money for a dyno tune so where's a good place to order a custom diablo tune from?

Even if you order a custom tune by e-mail you will still need dyno information regarding HP, TQ, and A/F ratio to get it tweaked just right for your particular car. At the least you need A/F information via a wideband O2 datalogger as well as some Predator logged values to get a good custom tune.

With the predator you can easily change the shift points yourself. And you also may want to firm up the shifts a little more. Try some different settings on the Predator before you spend $$ on custom tunes.

Well if i cant have them touch the fuel maps without a a/f reading then i'll just have them adjust the transmission and maybe the timing. I've been told you need to adjust the part throttle shifts and coverter lock-up(which the predator can't do yet) after you change gears. I'll try it without a tune first though.

blackmustang01 i noticed you have 4.10s. Did they mess up the part throttle shifts or the torque converter lock-up at all?
