Customer E-Mail tunes?

Anyone have experience with these? I just picked up my livewire last Friday and wanted to get a decent tune that takes into account the mods I have. Do the "customer" e-mail tunes do any good? Has anyone purchased one of these - and if so where did you get it, how much was it, and how were the gains?

the tuner in my sig. did mine and I am very happy,he also deals with driveability not just wot. you just send him datalogs and he e-mails you the tune(s). his cost I believe are $40 for 2 years of tunes. You will need a wideband for fi or nitrous tuning

thanks blkhorse - I've never owned a datalogger before until now - should I be logging everyday driving or just a few WOT runs or a mix of the two?
