cyl1 not hitting

ok on my 2.3 Turbo my 1st cyl closest to the front is not firing it getting gas compression and spark but it still isnt hitting it not the head because i just tore it down and it didnt help it at the plugs and wires and cap been replaced so far but it still not hittin do any of you guys have any idea what could be causing this

you know you're getting fuel how?? plug wet??

where did you check the spark?? plug wire or using the #1 plug??

what is the compression on all 4 cyls??

yes the plug is wet and i tested the plug and it sparking it got new wires spark plugs and cap so idk compression is allmost the exact same on all 4 cyl the head been rebuilt and i just tore it off again it no way in hell the head

have you tried doing an injector volume test?? perhaps the #1 injector is flooding out the cylinder. try swapping the #1 and #2 injectors and see if the problem moves to #2.
