Cylinder numbers for 99, V-6

Changed plug wires and things were worse than prior. Think I have plug wires correct but please comfirm cylinder numbers. I think the are;

passanger side from front of engine, 1,2,3
Driver side from front of engine, 4,5,6

After changing plugs and wires the initial misfire is worse? Initially had a code: cylinders 6,4 misfire.

Any help is appreciated especially proper cylinder numbering.

That's correct, but you may have the plugs mixed up on the coil pack. That tripped me up one time too. Here are the proper positions:
