so he did it! and im pumped...

as far as modding with bolt ons.. where should we go with this? he wants a very minor drop in stance, which springs would fit for that?

also, why is the crank pulley and balancer rusted to crap? its a freakin brand new car! also has a scratch on it.. small.. but any ways of removing them? its not too deep.. thanks :SNSign: .. im new to the 05+ syle, so give us a hand..

btw, its an 07 gt alloy 5spd.. pic tomorrow

For the scratch, just have the dealer fix it. Hell, I have had my dealer replace my steering wheel, Exterior Window Trim, and a mirror because of blemishes it had when I took delivery. Don't be afraid to ask them to fix it. It should all be covered by warranty if you noticed it within delivery of the vehicle.

dont look at the rear end! rusty there too. if you want to clean up that balancer, get underdrive pullies. look great and functional performance mod!

Vogtland springs will give you a nice drop that you are looking for. if you want it a little lower, the FRPP springs will fit the bill.

the first performance mod should be a CAI/tune. search the GT tech forum for a little while, and you will see why. you will also see what works on these cars and what does not.

Next question!! When are you and Dad racing each other?? Loser buys other one a mod for his car. Not on the street, of course, but just straight 1/4 mile. My money's on the 07 unless you have some nice mods already. Please keep the VW family thing to yourself(TMI).......bit embarassing........and we run a respectable stang forum here......well sort of!
