Daiblo Predator- differences between 87 & 91 tunes

Gang,

I have a K&N CAI and Flowmaster axle bacxk exhaust on my 2005 GT. At Carlisle I purchased a Predator to reflash my ECM. I installed the 87 tune and am pretty happy with it....however....I have been wondering what the car would perform like with the 91 octane tune.

Is there enough difference between these tunes to warrant the extra cost in gasoline?

try it.... if it doesnt help dont pay the extra .20 a gallon.

Switch Octane and Tunes

How much trouble is it to switch Octane and tunes with this? Can we just fill the car up with a higher or lower octance from near empty and drive it home and switch the tune?

yes,i have done it several times already.if you go gown from the 91 to 89 run it to half a tank or less
