so spray it till it breaks. then when its blown up you wont feel so bad swapping in an explorer motor

Yeah, 5,900-6,100. The needle is right in between there. I held it there longer once...just to see..and it hit the limiter at 6,200. The red line is right around 5,900.

My car on the dyno (told the operator to run it to 6000) put the needle to 7000 on the stock tach. I shift my car normally at 5500-5600 (engine speed) and that lands right at 6500 (stock tach). It's fun (or was till I broke it) putting the stock tach at 7000 RPM to launch it. Wish I was watching it on the rev limiter launch, probably would have been off the tach face, .
