Was looking at getting rid of all the broke/plugged emissions hoses,lines and the smog pump. Looks like a late 90ish factory header form a ranger will fit in place of the stock manifold I now have with the 2 metal lines to vacuum lines spouting of it. Anybody done this? Will the ranger header fit without a problem? No need to worry bout emissions in my county for this year of car

Ya I have all you need to do is get a cap for the spout in the manifold, and flip the egr over so the hole in the intake is coverd, and plug all the vacum lines. might wont to save all of it though for inspection so that you can pass emissions.

Thanx for the EGR idea. Did you replace the factory exhaust manifold?
