I need to take my car in for warranty work but it is modified. Is there any dealership I can take it to without putting it back to stock?

Does your warranty work have anything to do with modified parts on the Mustang? If not, you're fine. I took my Cobra to Landmark Ford a few times for warranty work, and they never questioned my mods, but the work was all HVAC stuff, nothing to do with the motor/tranny/exhaust.
