Dear Stangnet.com,

Im writing you this letter in order to inform you of the complete and utter disgrace that is appearing on your page. Now i think i speak for everyone when i say that we are tired of having to look at that douche bag Rich Christensen while we are trying to go about our business on your other wise excellent web page. Rich Christensen is in fact a tool. He knows nothing about cars, some times i think he thinks they are Autobots (except for the one time when he crashed the bike, which he though was a Deceptacon but in reality was a Autobot saving the day because no one likes him). I would be much happier if this webpage was not showing his face... Lets look at it this way, If he didnt act like he knew something about cars and stopped tooling around all we would be left with is (see figure 1.) thus making the show that much better. Thanks you for your time and careful consideration.

Probably google ad sense... but in the ads i constantly am seeing him pop up He will be like off to the corner of my screen undressing me with his eyes...

Use some flash apps.

It doesn't disable flash - it just stops the embedded ads from displaying when the page loads. You get a little gray "F" wherever something running on Flash is on the page. YouTube, for example, is nothing but gray "Fs". You wanna see the ad or video, you just click on the "F".

You can always try it - it takes about 1 minute to download and install and about 10 seconds to disable if you decide it won't work for you.

I HATE Adobe, FWIW, and it is my mission in life to convince as many folks as possible that it is EVIL

I also think he sucks and the ads are creepy, however, PINKS has revitalized the sport and brought it more mainstream, so basically he's a necessary evil. It would be a tough sell without a TV personallity. We would watch the show anyway, but its the casual viewer they are trying to attract. They'd rather watch Rich and think he's a tool then watch a tree go off.

Ads? I see no ads. I blocked 'em a while ago. Now, there are malware ads out there which CAN infect your computer just by viewing the ad. This isn't some urban legend, they takes advantage of bugs in Flash and Acrobat plugins.

Ads are a good source of income for StangNet, but I would hate to get a virus from a bad ad.
