Ok guys, I have made my first decision on my project car

The car is a '90 LX 5.0 Hatch Auto thats basically stock except for a CAI, pulley's and Flowmasters.
After talking to my shop and letting them know what I want out of the car, here is a general idea of whats going down.
The goal is a 100% streetable 450-500hp car.
Step 1. Auto is coming out and a TKO 5 speed is going in, new pedal assembly, Spec Stage II or a Stage III clutch, Flywheel TBD, and a Steeda Adjustable Clutch quad with cable. Also L/T's, and a mid pipe will go on at this time.
Step 2. Build up the rear end. FRPP 3.73's, 28 Spline axles, and a locking diff.
Step 3. Start building a race prep 5.0 block. Havent gotten specifics yet, but it will be stroked to a 331
. Systemax Stage II head, Systemax or a Cobra Intake if I can find one, and a cam with a s/c grind.
Step 4. Vortech s/c
The idea is for it to be street legal so I can enjoy it, and it be able to go on trips to the track, beach, show, whatever I want to.
My question to you guys is this... I know this is a very general list, but does it sound like a good start so far. This is a ton of $$$ going into this, but the car was my first Stang. It was good to me for 6 years, I garaged it after I bought my '03, and now I want to get it to where I have always wanted it
What exhaust set up would you guys recommend? I was thinking of MAC or BBK L/T's, BBK catted Mid, and keep my Flows. I went to Mustangexhaust.com but they didnt have as many combos as I hoped they would. If any of you guys have clips I would love to hear them. I want a very deep throaty rumble at idle, and for it to roar when I hit it.
