Demon carbs work slightly different than Holleys. Perhaps why the old school tuners don't know how to dial them in. For one, you don't ever mess with the idle screw once it's set properly, it should have come set from the factory. It has to be set with the carb removed from the engine. Second, you have to match the carb to the cam. Each demon family is for a different set of cam duration specs.
