Did I hurt my clutch by burning out?

FIRST THING-- I was told this car has a pretty new clutch
(frpp profess install)
2 days ago i was with my friend and my GF and I stopped to do a burn out. this is how I did it (and ussally always do it this way) :

pushed in the clutch, brought up the rpms nice and high and dumped it in 1st.
then as soon as it breaks loose nail the clutch real quick and slam 2nd,slightly leting off while shifting but only a little bit.
it will usally just go for ever in 2nd and hold a steady RPM for a long burn out.

but this time when I grabbed 2nd it just grabbed and bogged dissgustingly.
so I stopped and did it again, but this time holding it out longer in 1st to make sure I had good wheel speed. but when I grabbed 2nd it bogged again even worse and sounded like the clutch couldnt transfer the power.
the car kinda rolled itself out of the bog, and took off slow.
its gonna rain for the next few days so......

Could the extra people in the car make it bog like that?
Did i smoke the clutch?
cable out of adjust? (it grabbs close to the floor/stiff pedal)

ANY IDEAS?
edit: also, the car seemed like it drove the same as it always does for the rest of the ride home, but i didnt rip on it at all and cant for a few days.

ok that makes me real happy
but where did the lost power go?
I mean if your saying the clutch was not slipping and put the power into the trans, and all the way back through the rear end.. why did it take off so slow?
I might be confused but
if am burning out in 1st in the peak power range with tires going that fast
when I hit 2nd gear and it grabbs, if all that power
went to the ground
why did the car not get propelled faster?
350 extra pounds!?!
I feel like I get it, but I dont.
the "bog"=decrease engine RPM (due to resistance?)
duh i dunno
at least its not broken...

Well first of all, even though you have the RPMs wrapped way out in first, that power isn't going to the ground because your tires are spinning. So, when you hit second (higher gear) it looses that extra torque it took to make the tires spin and it hooks up, instantly bogging the engine. There's nowhere for the power to go right away, so the engine does the only thing it can and bogs down. If your clutch was worn, the power would stop right there. The clutch would have spun, the power wouldn't have gone to the wheels and the engine would have revved out.

yeh I guess I know what your saying.
although I was spinning in 1st, the car itself wasnt moving very fast. so when it grabs in 2nd its like starting all over from a dead stop (kinda?)
thanks guys
sometimes it take me a little while to wrap my brain around this stuff. :)

Yeah, it would be pretty much like taking off from a nearly dead stop in 2nd.
