Did I reverse the water pump rotation?

I noticed my upper radiator hose will collapse when I flick the throttle body. My water pump is rotating counter-clockwise when I'm facing the front of the engine. Did I somehow reverse the water pump, or is that the correct direction? I've found two different belt routing diagrams here and they both spin the pump in opposite directions. Which is correct? The hose is in ok shape since it doesn't have more than 10k miles on it, tops.

What year and model is your car? I always try and go by the underhood sticker if your car has one for the belt routing. You may have been looking at different models for your routing diagram. Im not sure if it is possible to reverse the flow without affecting other things with the belt routing. It may be your thermostat.

If you have a serpentine belt, there is no way to counter rotate it. Unless you found a way to make the ribbed side run on the water pump pulley.
