hey in the future i want to get come rear upper and lower control arms for my mustang. ebay has some for pretty cheap and they look nice.

will control arms really do anything on the street?? and what exactly do they do to help? Just are stronger and dont flex??

also will the eibach drag springs help much?? i dont want lowering springs b/c i hear they hurt traction and hurt weight transer.

also how much does the front sway bar weigh and is it easy to take off? is it recommended?? what about that small bar in the rear of the car?

so would springs and the arms lower E/Ts??

Never remove your rear sway bar. Drag springs and a removed or unhooked front sway bar should net you better traction out of the hole. People have gone pretty fast with stock control arms, so if your only interested in shooting down the 1/4 mile then I wouldn't bother replacing them unless your bushings are fubar.
