have a 94' yellow gt and am looking for a used factory trunk lid and spoiler for my car. So far I have only found the combo for a 95' and was wondering how close the colors would be? I have yet to find a local part to compare (in mass.). Thanks.

Colors are the same and the paint code should be 'BZ'. Of course it could be a different variant of paint but either way it should match up very very close if it is.

I thought they switched from canary yellow in 94' to chrome yellow in 95' and 98'? Or was that just more or less a name switch? thanks.

94-95 paint code was BZ for "canary yellow" (hence my screen name), and in 98 it was still the BZ paint code but ford changed the name to "chrome yellow." There are 9 different variations of this code though, and some are a definite different shade than others, but you will more than likely be OK.
