Just built and installed a new motor let her run for a bit then pulled the dipstick (which had a few kink) and the end broke off all fell in the oil pan. Drained the oil hoping it would come out but it did not. dragged the bottom with a piece of wire couldn't get it. stuck a magnet in there but i believe the end is non-ferrous. I am going to get some cheap oil and try to flush it out tomorrow. Really do not want to pull the motor again. Any suggestions?

leave it. It is in the bottom of the pan and cannot get "sucked up" by the P/U It'll never cause you a single bit of trouble where it is. And you'll never get it to flush out that oil drain hole (it's slightly higher than the floor.)

Mine is the same way. been that way for months.

My 1999 GT dipstick did that too...who designed them anyway.

That was 7-8 years ago...never had a problem.
