Disable factory alarm

I am wondering how I can disable the factory alarm? When I got the car, someone had already installed a high end Clifford and I am happy with that.
When the factory alarm starts going off, I cant even figure out how to turn it off. The only thing that works is disconnecting the battery terminal.

there is one wire that you can ground out that will shut down the factory alarm. i had to do this on my ranger when the alram went crazy and wouldnt let me start my truck a few years back
