Hey guys, thanks for all the input, but let me please reign this discussion back in from Granada-land to my original choices of Total Control, Baer, Wilwood, SBCC, Global West, or JMC.

I'm spending the dough on the TCP suspension because I like the performance and engineering, and I'd like to compliment that with performance brakes. I'm not interested in junkyard, autozone, or other granada style brakes. No offense LMan, I wish you the best of luck with your business, it is a good service to all. There is a difference in weight, caliper flex, materials, and engineering though, and I'd like a good new aftermarket package.

Any other votes for one of these mentioned packages? Again, thank you to everyone for your opinions.

LMan,
I can't wait to read your response.

I've often wondered how much brake people think they need for a 2900 lb street car. Its one thing if you're going for looks, want to spend money, or plan on doing some serious racing. Otherwise, its a waste. I realize the original poster wants wants some good stuff to match his chassis upgrades, thats cool, unnecessary, but thats my opinion. I can say without any doubt that an early model stang, with decent tires and granada discs will stop every bit as good as (if not better than) most new cars on the road. Plus, parts are dirt cheap and can be found anywhere. The calipers aren't particularly nice looking, but they are very reliable and work well.
