Dissapointed with headswap numbers what can it be?

I got my car tuned today after doing a headswap and VT stage 1 cams. My best numbers were 234 rwhp. Where's all my horsepower!?! I was 191 prior to the swap. My A/F ratio goes north after 4500 RPM. Too much air not enough fuel getting in. If I upgraded my fuel pump to say a 190 lph would that help my numbers any? Where could my HP be hiding? I've seen better numbers off just the headswap w/o aftermarket cams. I know it's a auto but it doesn't rob THAT much hp. Help a brother out. :(

whoa something is way off. what exactly is you a/f ratio? how does the car drive? my car made 250rwhp/290rwtq with pullies, t/a, catback, or h pipe and k&n. you have stage 1 cams so you should be at 260rwhp+.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. The car feels good and pulls hard. I don't remember exactly but I think high said 16:9. Once again I'm drawing a blank on what he said exactly but he said it was 17:1 at one point.
Sorry I didn't get a print out of the dyno.

it should only be that high around idle, then it should dip down gradually with the rpms to around 12-13.

Unless your stock pump is taking a crap it should be sufficient enough for the combo. I would check the fuel pressure and see if the pump is actually the problem. Also check the line that runs to your fuel pressure regulator for leaks and to see if it's connected or clogged. A filter is also a good idea. I guess if you put he new pump in you will be prepared for more power. . . .
