Just cam across this http://www.sonic.net/~mikebr/efi/o2_bargraph.html
Just thought I'd share. Has anybody built one? How hard was it? I gave the schematica a once over and it looked a little confusing.

you could just use a round piece of aluminum and arrange the LEDS in a circle. Use wire as a lead and arrange the leds in a circular fashion. I also found this site http://scirocco.dyndns.org/tech/misc/afgauge/af.html The pictures might be a clearer as to what I am trying to convey to you.

To each his own. I think it would kinda fun to build one. Plus to have the satisfaction having done it yourself. But I understand where your coming from.

I put together a slightly different design a couple of weeks ago but it didn't work. I had to go back into the circuit and repalce a few of the resistors with pots. Before I got to test it out again I started in on an engine repair job so I'll have to wait until I get that done before I can try the meter again.

Really if you can get a complete air/fuel meter for 50 bucks I'd do that. It probably cost me about 25 for all the parts for the kit I put together and it failed the first time out.
