diy intercooler need some help got parts

i just got my intercooler i ordered from ebay i also got 3" diy pipping

my question is how hard is it to do a diy intercooler kit

i am assuming i will need some kind of pipe cutting tool and i can see from the kit better rubber connectors

any body that has done a diy kit how are you running your pipping or will i just need to find a fabcator to cut and paste my pipping for me

3" pipping (2-90' pipes, 2-45' pipes, 2-straigth pipes, 2-90' rubber connectors, 2 straigth rubbers,lot of clamps)
my intercooler is 31X24X3 with 3" in and out lets

I just made my piping the other day. I only had to cut two pipes. I used a die grinder with a cut off wheel and a hack saw to cut mine. I wish I had a cut off saw, would have been a little easier.

Check my sig for pics. Basically I only needed two 90's around the driver's side rad support, a 45, and a small piece of straight pipe to meet up with the blower discharge. On the pass side I didn't cut anything, only a hole in the fender well.

I am taking mine in to get welded up so there isn't any connections, except on the blower and the intake tube. There are less chances of the connector coming off that way.

Isnt that gonna make it extremely hard to take off for maintenance?
