Then I assume the pro-kit is a stock height replacement. The FMS springs I have actually raised my car. I have the Pro-Kit and am very satisfied with them. You will have to use a spring compressor on the front coils though. The FMS were too rough for me and they were a specific rate like the Eibach sport-kit. The Pro-kit is a progressive rate spring kit that I think handles and rides very well.
