Do I have a gear?

Wait just a da gone minute here! I have an '04 gt with 5 speed. My first gear barely gets to 10 mph and I'm shifting out of second at 20 mph. This has been a major gripe with me since I bought this car.

Could someone with expertise tell me if this is normal or maybe a reason that it's not so I can get it fixed.

Go ahead and try to hit 209MPH. Tho you dont have the aerodynamics or the HP to get there. Now with 4.10's you top out at 165ish. Which is alot more doable than 200+.
I can get up in the 30's in first with 4.10's in my '00 5 spd.

Alright, at 55 mph my car is over 1500 rpms. I would say, 1600 rpms or so...
