Do I need to buy a bumpsteer kit or Steeda X2 balljoints if I am lowering my car between 1" and 1-1/2"? I hear the balljoints lower the control arm about 1/2"; if this is true, wouldn't that lower the front-end an additional 1/2"? I have BBK specific rate lowering springs which I will be getting poly. spring isolators, so I think I will be a little more than 1" lower. Opinions on what I should need to do this the right way???

How hard are the balljoints to install? Do I need to take the whole control arm off the car and use a press, or can I do it at home in the driveway? I also got offset rack bushings with the springs, would the rack bushings and balljoints be enough to make the suspension right? Thanks for your help.

Yes you do need a press and I doubt seriously you do it at home. After I installed the springs, I had the alignment shop install them at the same time they were realigning it. I did not install the spacers and I like the additional 1/2 inch lowering of the front end.
