right now im in the process of installing my cams they are comp custom grind the lift is .545, duration is 226/230 when i bought the cams my shop said that i should get springs so i did but ive been comparing the numbers and they are similar to a stage one which shouldnt need springs i would like know if i should install them or not it will save me alot of trouble plus i can take them back
