they were the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. they cussed me out, and it took them 3 weeks to send my mass air meter. they said quote" just sit the ***** down and wait for the *****ing Package to arrive, im not giving you a tracking number so just wait!" end Quote. They wouldnt provide me with a tracking number or even respond to any of my emails, or phone calls. I was hung up on numerous times, and treated like crap. I will never do any business with them again, and neither will anyone in my car club.

I filed a report with ebay, pay pal, and the Better Business Bear.

And now im posting this so no one else will get treated like crap and taken advantage of.
any questions or comments email me ......feel free. aeroguy315@aol.com

take it easy fella's :damnit:

There was a thread on the Corral last spring about them and how bad they were. Screwed some guy pretty badly and had terrible service. And once that story was posted, lots of other guys chimed in with similar experiences. There are plenty of other places to get the same price on the same stuff, so i'll steer clear.

If they said something like that to me, their ass would be in some trouble when it comes face to face time if they were ever at a Ford race or something. I HATE businesses that dont know ***** about customer service or how to run a business.

That is crazy, the best company I have ever done business with is Summit. I got there tech line when setting my fuel pressure, and this guy named Art... he was the coolest, knows alot about the stangs.

I'd once ordered a set of struts from them. Specifically told them that I was putting them on an 86 but that I wanted struts for an 87 to 89. You guessed it. They sent me the 86 anyway then told me that I'd have to pay for shipping to send the struts back plus a restocking fee since I had no intention of buying the correct set from them. I ended up cancelling my payment through the credit card company and dumping the struts in the trash (keeping them or using them would have been illegal according the the credit card company). They were very rude and acted as if their screw up was my fault.

AERO315 why R U suspended from Ebay?

http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors...315&items=25&page=2&frompage=-1&iid=-1&de=off

Just wondering why your suspended from Ebay and have a bunch of bad feedback to go along with it? I have placed several orders and spent thousands of $$$$$ with MW and I always call them first. They have the price, the knowledge and always treat me great. A few times they have even sent me free stuff with my orders. I was almost believing your post until I looked you up on Ebay. Shame on me for almost doubting them. Me,I will take the word of almost any credible seller over the words of a suspended user. I think Ebay only suspends users for being Vulgar or committing some type of fraud. Personally Aero I think your telling a story. BTW how could you have purchased something from them on Ebay if your suspended from Ebay? I smell a rat here and it's name might just be Aeroguy315 :-(

I've never dealt with Mustang warehouse, but i'm sure they have had plenty of good transactions and they will continue to do so. If you call and order a simple thing, there isn't much they can mess up. Its when there is a problem with the order, that the problems with customer service come out. And there are plenty of accounts of people having problems with this company, just like there are plenty of stories of happy buyers. It all depends, but i'd rather buy from somewhere like summit where i know there is great customer service. The worst thing is spending money on parts only to have problems with the co. your buying them from or not having tech support if you need it.

Same here, just a pair of steel door handles I believe. Nice transaction and got them in about 3 days after payment. Sorry to hear about your misfortune.

I have dealt with mustangwarehouse for about 6 years not. I have never had a problem with them. Ive had questions sometimes with installing a part and got help from them. Seems to me like they are a great company. Ive heard tons of good comments about them. Ive had my problems with Summit more then i have with the MW. I buy from the MW now because of it. Plus most of the time their prices are cheaper and they have fast shipping, get my parts within 2 days or so. Just my opinion.

And for the guy who said about the 86 struts.... what kind did you buy? All struts ive ever seen fit 79-93. So you shouldnt have had any problems with them. Just wondering.
