im still trying to find out my car's crazy intermittant beeping sounds.

It beeps in groups of 5's.....i need to know, do we have seatbelt warning chimes, or is it my airbag?

My airbag light isnt on, but i did not plug in my driver's side seatbelt switch back in when i re-did my interior, so, if we do have seatbelt chimes, what do they sound like, and how do they operate. this damn beeping sound is really real;ly REALLY REALLY getting me mad. imagine a random loud ass beeping sound in groups of five in your daily driver.........yeah im getting pissed.

What the **** is this?

Where is this? I've taken out the seatbelts, carpet, and seats and swear I've never seen this.

It's a sensor that's attached to the driver's side seatbelt fastener... it's what makes the seatbelt light on the instrument cluster flash if the seat belt isnt plugged in... It's just a wire/connector that runs out of the seat belt and plugs up under the center console.

Use the method to clear airbag codes with a jumper wire, behind the glove compartment (even though you may not have any codes). You will hear a some "beeps" .... compare that to the sound you have been hearing. Then you will know if it's airbag related or not.
